How do I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns for unopened, undamaged, and unmarked boxes. Please note that returns typically take 3 to 4 weeks to process and are subject to a $25 administration fee.

Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund to your credit card, minus the administration fee.

For the safe return of your items, please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We also kindly request that you include a note with your contact details and order number for reference.

We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.
